Both Jon and Lee assisted me with a difficult problem that had arisen with my email on my cell phone although Jon took over as Lee had to a customer appointment. Jon went above and beyond to ensure my problem was fixed and it was a difficult one which required him to call IT support. Very grateful for the excellent service I received.
