I have excellent customer service at Henry's, Michaels, Sobeys, Cineplex, Ontario Service, and Marshalls. These are the stores I usually shop at.

Second chance to Williams fresh cafe at 1250 Brant Street and the service was even worse than the first time! The first time it took the workers 20 minutes to make a regular coffee this time it took them over half an hour for a small hot chocolate for a child. The kitchen boy was flirting with the barista girl and the barista girl seemed to have time to complain about the work load, serve other customers but some how did not have time for a small hot chocolate for a little boy who was really looking forward to it. Never have I ever seen more IGNORANT workers in my life. I suggest you don't waste your time with this place. There is a Tim Horton's not even down the street that has reasonable prices and wait times and the workers actually treat you like a customer and not an option.
