Robert and I went into Cleo on Black Friday, we were greeted by Karen, she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me and pick out different outfits. She was so patient and extremely knowledgeable and really well experienced. Stores need more people like her, she was genuine and really cared about my choice of clothes. I cant wait to go back and have her choose my outfits, :)
