I just wanted to say that my last visit @ Ardene's, Burlington Centre was amazing. (it was over a month ago). My apologies Sharelle, took me this long to send this review. But I didn't forget. I was having trouble deciding on 2 pairs of shoes. Sharelle was so knowledgeable and assisted in giving me the best information on deals, mix/match :). Thank you Sharelle. Once our dealings were done, we discussed "Donations". I would love to receive information, as I explained to Sharelle that I work closely with Compassion Society of Halton and they are always in need. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Sharelle 2 days in a row! First of all the new, huge store was overloaded with inventory and I asked her how she could possibly maintain control of it all. She replied with disicipline & focus. I made a purchase & had to return the next day where I found her alone again, multi-tasking. I had to commend her on her exellence in the highest of quality client care, that is a real rarity these days. I can't wait to return and pay her another visit soon. Good hire Ardene!!!!!
