i was excited to pick out my three pieces of jewellery from this store, everyone seemed nice until i went in today to pick up my layaway that i had paid 50 %of. Only to find out they had taken one of my pieces of jewellery that i had paid 50 percent of and sold it to someone else, They didn't call me to ask if it was ok and the worse part was is i work in the same mall. I was speechless and shocked that i had been screwed over two days before christmas. At this point they offered no discount , only a "sorry" we can order new ones for you in the new year !! at this point, i don't want anything from them , even though i'm losing out since i've already paid for half. I've never been treated so rudely or disrespectful anywhere . I'm so hurt and disappointed, On top of all this, i had sent customers to them and this is what i get.
