I bought a new TV and a custom calibration by Geek Squad was supposed to be done in my home. First scheduled appointment, tech calls 10 minutes before and cancelled. Second appointment completely no show. Complained to Geek Squad on the phone, they said someone will call within 2-3 days. No calls or follow up received. Third schedule appointment got another automated confirmation the day before. Day of appointment, no call and no show!
