Have not been in appleby village location since before the covid shutdown, went in today after i had bought a coffee down the street at the other location. Great guy behind the counter would not give me a refill or any ice water for my 2 kids its summer 31 Celsius outside. Please avoid the Appleby village Starbucks as you can see the staff is all about them not too concerned about a global pandemic or customer service.
