I had a card guy come up to me and offer to put dog food in my car and my groceries. What a pleasant kind hearted young man. I don’t know his name but he was a teenager beard and glasses and l hope to see him again. Great customer service

Day of flyer items came up regular price.self checkout. Employee said well we do not have enough staff to price and also sale only started today...duh! Why do you think I am here. I told the young lady customer service is poor...she replied so is everything what do you want me to do! If we had another option in Brockville I would definitely go there....No more self checkouts for me...earn my business!
