i would give zero stars if i could. This place is awful. !st visit, the owner was too lazy to walk around my chair. She spun the chair instead. Seriously? I had to tell her to stop that. Today my appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:45 and my stylist was wrapping up. I was told to come back at 3. I did and he had a lady with long hair, getting highlights in her hair. I thpught my appointment was at 3? It is. He was helping out the other stylist. Well, my appointment was at 3 pm. Not 3:22 pm. I left. I had to call them and explain. I wasted $24 on cab fare. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL studio I've ever been too. I actually asked for my cab fare to be reimbursed. I'm tired of people who can't manage their time. I only wait 30 minutes or more for my world class doctors and not for a hairdresser that I had an appointment with. This place is awful.
