After ordering 2 pairs of shoes n boots, which isn’t cheap from softmoc, I also purchased heel pads from softmoc tried the shoes on in the store once I took off the shoes the soles were so dirty (no big deal ) the next day I tried the shoes on took maybe 10 steps the heel pads curled in the shoes n the shoes were slipping off Returned the shoes because of this problem, the lady working said I couldn’t return the shoes because of the heel pads n said the soles of the shoes were dirty, um yeah because your store floor is dirty, she tired to tell me it wasn’t from the store BS I said do you really think my floors are like that. Long story short I called head office n now dealing with them (which they couldn’t understand why they didn’t take the shoes back.... buyer beware of Brantford softmoc store!

Staff are courteous and helpful. Even though my size was not available, they offered to order online for me. Also recommended a similar shoe so I could try it on for sizing. The shoe was ordered and I was very pleased with it.
