Covid safety disappointment and outrageous prices | by janet martin on Dec 15, 2020
$70.00 for a pair of Levi jeans is an outrage. Levi jeans are the same everywhere, yet Mark's Work Wearhouse feel their Levi jeans are worth more than other stores. Considering the prices they charge, one would expect the store can afford to provide enough hand cleaner to insure one's hands are clean. However, the smallest amount of hand cleaner is provide upon entering the store. No hand cleaner is proved or offered to customers on their way out of the store. What does that mean? From the point of view of the store - they care a whole lot about your money and very little about the spread of covid going into the store, and they couldn't care a whole lot less if you take covid with you when you leave. I think they could do a little more than the absolute minimum when it comes to customer care and controlling the spread of covid. They could certainly do a great deal more to lower their prices as gouging is a real shame. Shame on Mark's Work Wearhouse. Covid control and price test failed.

just moved from ottawa to brantford on and was really disappointed in womens clothing when I walked in your store. Could not believe the choice in women clothing compared to men's clothing. It was mostly all men's clothing! Times has changed when only men shopped for clothes at your store. I always shopped at Marks warehouse in Ottawa for my clothes. It is packed with women's clothes. Hope you will make changes regarding this issue.
