My 82 year old wife attended your store yesterday at late morning She had a list of 5 books value$200 which she felt would have to be ordered at least some The clerk said she was too busy and my wife should use the computer to order herself She has never used a computer I believe that this is a total lack of service and we will never use your store again The clerk did help another person who did buy 2 books which I guess might have totaled $60

My friend was asked to leave today because she was pregnant, they told her they didnt want to have to deal with her going into labour in the store (which is still 2 months away) never going back
