People in return desk have horrible attitude and experience experience the ladies who have worked there 20 years and think they are owed something special! Horrible customer service will never go back there again

Good luck he was the manager in Woodstock until December and his wife was the manager before he got there. Good luck getting him moved won't happen. He has no work ethic and eventually the store will go to complete crap. The new manager in Woodstock is way better then he will ever be and actually does his job/interacts with employees and customers. KARL just sits on his rear and does nothing.

December 21 at 10:30 pm I was attacked by a blue haired goofy in your toy section. The man then complained to the manager and the manger did nothing. It’s on video. Clearly the manager at the Brantford Ontario location needs to be fired or reprimanded for his poor and terrible management skills. If nothing is done about this I will make a complaint every evening and call and complain until you move that person to another store. We are well aware you won’t fire him for his poor choice of management education. But I will assure he is no longer at the Brantford location.
