Winners Trinity Commons need to hire more professional customer service representative who understands how to deal with customers who might be undecided about a product or just browsing to find the right thing. I had a bad shopping experience where a rep where she was acting rude after I asked her to look at two necklaces but then I didn't really like those. I had to bluntly ask her why is she frustrated. I have the right to look as long as I want for what I want because I am spending my money. This is so so ridiculous...Winners are my favorite place to shop. I go there often and never leave without finding something to buy. I guess there is a mark on regular shoppers face so they treat you badly especially by your ethnicity.
