Very rude Staff and horrible customer service. Manager also has no customer service skills. The girls keep yelling at customers and no sense of respect..The girl at store asked me to go to other store if I am not happy with their service and policies !!!! Unbelievable !! Would never go back to Suzy again. I would suggest you guys to give her some customer service lesson.

Terrible experience return policy is horrible. When I asked one of the girls to get me a top it took them forever because they were too busy talking.

I was told I could return what I purchased if it didn’t fit since the fitting rooms were closed. When I went to bring back the stuff the next day the girl told me the system won’t let me give you a store credit so you have to change it for something else in the store. When I went to another location they were able to do it no problem. They were clearly lying because when I told a girl at another location she just shook her head and couldn’t believe it.
