very bad customer service ,with recism ..i bought air fryer with my i dont like its burning the food i went to return refuse because its used ..its ekectrical device how i will know if i didnt try ..but she refuse to return with rude way ..and she told me call customer servuce that they are not answering ..either my friend she return it after she used it for several time ...you can deal with any store better costco or canadian tire or walmart or lowise all return after you used if you are not happy ..and customer service is better ...they are really rude .
