One of the staff name Stephenie was very rude. I came from so far to return a pair of shoe and it was 8pm. I was asking if she can help me as I had no ride to come back another day. The staff was very rude and said my watch time is 8:10 so you can’t come. Then I told her to check the time and said well it is 8:03 but doesn’t matter you can’t come it. She was very rude. I hope they train their staff customer service. Not shopping here again
