I would never recommend the store. the staff is good only till you are a new customer. I bought some furniture from them with $460 worth of warranty for 5 years, which i was promised, if i don't use, i will get full credit after 5 years. 5 years passed. i go to the store. they clearly said no on my face with an attitude, "do whatever". i call the Guest care multiple times and i kept on getting no for an answer without any proper reasoning.

Cliam#1295648255....never ever buy anything from this store.Yesterday i got email they are closing file as they were not able to contact.Everyone knows yesterday Rogers network was done.They just need a reason to not to do work and entertain anyone.I am letting everybody aware that do not get anything from there and not to waste your time and money.My daughter bed is useless its been 6 months and no solution from them.Worst /Pathetic/useless service i have ever seen.Pls do your due diligence before buying anything.

*avoid this store-Must read!!* Buyer beware! Absolute nightmare! We had shopped around many furniture stores, Ashley furniture in Brampton being our last stop. The sales rep had convinced us that although their price tags are higher than others, their furniture delivery lead times are much shorter. We ended up spending approximately $10k on furniture. They said our furniture would be delivered by November. (We purchased mid October). In November I started calling asking for our order ETA, many “guest care reps” I had spoken to were rude, unprofessional and gave me dates and each time I called back it was delayed a week. Finally one said he opened a ticket and would contact me. Of course no one contacted me. Finally December 22 we received our order, to our disappointment- the dresser and night table were damaged, including jewels missing from the night stand, and dining chair damaged. The dining room table was bar height with standard chairs (we ordered a regular height table), the delivery reps damaged our baseboard. They left garbage around the house and driveway which included styrofoam, cardboard and plastic. As soon as the delivery people left, I had called guest care to report my delivery nightmare. I have spoken to more than 7 people all of which have given me the round about. I have asked to have the bar height table removed ASAP as we are unable to eat or use our dining space with a table at chest level. I also asked when the damaged furniture would be replaced, they had informed me that they don’t replace damaged furniture only try and repair. It is alarming that when customers make large purchases their policy is only to “try and repair”. If I had known that I would have spent less at a different retailer and probably had this kind of service. Guest services and the stores are blaming each other and have me calling each multiple times a day to get this sorted. No one has an answers. We also inquired about compensation, which the reply was “we don’t compensate, we appreciate with a gift card” . Who would want a gift card after this kind of experience?! Not to mention, the sales rep frequently called and texted us to come in an finalize our sale. As soon as we finalized, he was no where to be found. After multiple attempts to contact him in regards to our order, we have yet to hear from him. It has been 2 months. I would never recommend this retailer to anyone. It has been nothing but a horrific experience. And it hasn’t been resolved as of yet. To be continued ...

We bought coffee table and end table. Coffee table is with broken base and end table with missing hardware parts. We want to exchange it simply. Guest care and manager of store are explaining their terms and conditions every time. Rather expecting new furniture we got coffee table with broken base and coffee table has level on it and shows as it’s returned by someone. Guest care only providing technician to fix it but no exchange. So if you order something from Ashley never expect your furniture will be new, it could be broken/ returned. Very disappointed. Paid for high end furniture and completely not satisfied. I will never suggest anyone to buy furniture from Ashley.
