I was entering the store and got a msg from my office, and was trying to reply and a black lady came from the back and pushed me inside. I questioned her, she started abusing me and my family. She was a friend of some staff member, was not even wearing mask.when my wife tried to intervene, one of the staff member came to her face, and started abusing and then the whole group of staff members manhandled my wife and my kid.

The staff seems preoccupied and not eager to serve and I could not ask for help as the music was so loud. Found DSW has a better selection anyway.
