upset about the policy of returns on items that are not even posted anywhere on the floor. taking advantage of customers. bought underwear for family members that turned out to be wrong kind. Not opened up went to return with a reciept within 10 hrs & they will not return it. and they don’t even have the posters what items could not be returned but when you go to return they will take out a sheet and say oh it’s not returnable.
