Very disgusting and immature customer service here managed by 3rd-class non-skilled staff. Not even one star for this trash service and people. After being misguided into a unlimited phone plan by one of this store's girl receptionist, the phone company suddenly stopped my plan in just 5 days and charged me $165.85. Here when and how was this charged to me in just five days? I majorly had my mobile data OFF. When I came to this place with family to kindly ask for the billing details, the so-called manager Rahul misbehaved with my mother, argued with us and denied us to provide the billing details and deal with the telephone company which was his duty. He instead scolded us to get out of the store and that we won't tell anything. I politely asked the name of this so-called manager. And he refused to give his name which he supposed to like other phone stores. Or else who would know that this person could be a crook in the store? The near girl receptionist interrupted constantly in our conversations which was unsolicited and ill-mannered of her. These phone companies harass customers for days, and then these cheaters on desk suck more blood from customers. By their behaviour and memorised dialogues, we observed they have been taught by their bosses to trap customers in plans and later harass them.
