I purchased a pair of gold earrings and in less than 4 months the attachment that goes through my knob retracted inside the round part... aIso purchased a gold chain and they did a crappy job with my name pendant. I told the store attendant I need my chain a certain length, well she did not take the right length and now telling me I have to pay extra to get the desired length which I needed in the first place.. Will never shop here EVER!!!!!!!!!!
