Wonder why no action is taken against this clinic. I only want a prescription for medicines. I have been waiting all week to get an appointment with the doctor and my medicines are over. When I call the phone the call goes to a voicemail to leave a message but no one has courtesy to return the call. Wonder who hires these useless staff. Went personally twice but they say to call when doctor comes on duty. Hope serious action is taken

Shoppers World Medical Clinic is the worse ‼️. Appointment is at 3:30 pm. Get there for 3:15pm. At 4:30 pm inquires as to how many people are ahead of me. Receptionist: There are 7-9 people infront of you. The doctor is behind with his patients. Ok so how long do you average? Receptionist: Another 2 hrs at least. It all depends. So had I not asked I would have been sitting there for at least 3 hrs. Why book an appointment? Disrespectfu
