THIS IS A RIPOFF PLACE , I WENT THERE IN 2014 THEY COLLECTED MY MONEY, AFTER THAT I NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING FOR THE MONEY I PAID THEM, LAST WEEK THEY CALLED ME , AND TOLD ME THAT MY FILE IS CLOSED , WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY OFFER YOU MANY THINGS BUT AT THE END YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.

After 12 weeks still getting a run around for my orthotic insoles. The claim has been paid up front and I like many others have been waiting a ridiculously long time for something that shouldve been to me after 4 weeks. The customer service has been some of the worst I ever experienced ever. Ive been handed excuses from the lab mistaking the prescription to rhe mail strike that never happened to constantly having to call and check on the status of my prescription. They even lost my first file from the initial consult and havent located them. Ill be contactinf the better busness bureau and will kindly warn everyone to stay away from this establishment for their own good.
