Horrible cheat! I brought in my printer because I have no idea how to take out a cartridge. Thinking that I don’t know anything the owner cheated us. No ink refilled. Coloured cartridge worked perfectly before and it is now ruined and doesn’t work. I took a bus to reach this site to get work done. The person clearly cheated us thinking we don’t anything and won’t figure out. Terrible place. Go someplace else!
