There return policy is very restrictive. For Christmas I requested a pair of ready made drapes from this store. I needed to return them because they were too expensive. Their return policy is very restrictive: return within 7 days in intact packaging even though the price was printed on the package.....tacky. It was purchased on my sons debit card and insisted on the return going on the same debit card even though he had already returned home 50 miles away. Totally inflexible. They just don't care
