My wife has been weekly grocery shopping at Freshco since the store was opened at Conestoga Square Plaza.. On Tuesday afternoon, June 19, 2018, after grocery shopping, she went to her hatchback car, unlocked it, put her purse in driver's side back seat, opened the hatch and loaded groceries into the car. With the hatch up, she couldn't see into the car, but some one opened the passenger front door, and snatched her purse. The robber didn't close the door so there was any sound to alert her. Within half an hour her cards had been used at 3 bank ATM machines to extract money. With her cash in purse and the ATM extractions she believes she lost about $2000, plus she had to notify police, card companies (to stop further theft), obtain new driver license, heath card, Insurance cards, etc. She refuses to ever go to Conestoga Square Plaza for any store or Swiss Chalet. Please improve your security, to improve customer retention.
