My dog had appointment with Heather on Jun12 at 10:30 for the services. Another groomer named Hayley took over instead without letting me know Heather is not available. The waiting time was 3 hrs . My dog ears had matted hair. Hayley missed out cutting one tiny front nails on both side even though I had mentioned to Hayley about his extra nails. In addition, his teeth were still stained. I paid $104 in total . The services were so bad I swear I won’t come again. Your company will lose a regular customer for sure
