Very poor customer service!!! Not only are his manners ugly, but he tried to undersell me offering $300 for the gold I was selling (plus a $15 redemption if I writer a review). I was disappointed with his offer so THANK GOD I took it somewhere else because I ended up getting $800!!!! Keep your $15 bud, I wrote this review for $500 with pleasure. If you value your money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
