This twice I've walked into that store and both times I've experience HORRIBLE customer service. The lady was behind her counter texting on her cell. I came in went to ring area.She did not acknowledge me at all. I waited exactky 6 mins for her to approach me. She did not utter one word. I said..can I see these rings please.. no reply from her. She has no knowledge of merchandise. She acted like she didn't want my business. Disgusting!0 stars
