My mother bought a 50 dollar purse and 20 minutes later she wanted to return it because she found a better one. When we told Jihod (the cashier) we wanted to return it but apparently they don't do returns just store credit. My mother found this very ridiculous and wanted her money back. He started to yell, scream and be rude towards my mother. He was completely inappropriate in front of children who were in the store with us. What we got out of that is rude behaviour and store credit.
