Spent over an hour trying to exchange a pair of boots. The store manager was rude, no clue about customer service. Said to call customer service and wouldn’t deal with me. Customer service was helpful and polite and offered a solution. But, once again the store manager wouldn’t help me. Long story short, don’t go to this store. I will never be back!!!!! Learn how to deal with customers and find a resolution. Rude!!!!!
