My husband purchased a Cubii in Dartmouth NS last night, he thought I would be able to use it, I have a severe case of osteoarthritis in one knee and the constant motion of the Cubii would do more harm than good, I called the Mic Mac Mall location today, I spoke with the manager who said the policy is no refund, but I could get a gift card which I do not want after hearing of your return policy, further to that I'm sure my husband wouldn't have bought it if he would have known and as far as the 14 day gift card that wasn't expained either, he said he would have walked out if it was, so know I'm stuck with the Cubii to the tune of $402.49 that I can not use because of your rediculous policy..I will wait for your reply before I post to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc and have my 1000's of followers share my post!
