Talia is professional, efficient, polite, informed and shows great care for customers to ensure their satisfaction. It is very rare to find individuals like Talia in today's demanding fast paced environments. Talia was attentive and helped us find the item we were looking for. In addition, she explained the sales promotions and how we could further gain extra discounts. We noticed that our purchases were further reduced online the following week. We returned to see Talia and she very courteous & helpful in providing us with the additional discounts. She also informed us of the regular sales for person's over 55 and the Bay Day Sales. Talia is very much customer oriented. Her kindness and joyfulness is evident. She processes rare qualities that are very much lacking in today's world and in customer care. We are honoured to have met Tania as she is a lovely person with so much integrity. We truly appreciate her assistance and wish her continued success in all areas in her life. Talia is AWESOME! If I could give it no stars I would. I was in this store last week and it was looking so sad. The shelves and racks were barely full and there were clearance signs posted every where. It looked like the store was closing. I have a gift card from my wedding for HBC and couldn't find any thing that I wanted to spend it on. 'Designer' items must have been there for a few months at least, they had dust all over them. Also good luck finding any one to help you. When there is some one they always give you attitude or look annoyed that they have to help you. Also they have registers in every department which always have line ups at them, and it takes for ever to get to purchasing. Half the time I end up dropping things that I want to purchase and get out of there. There's no central customer service system like they have in more modern Hudson's Bay stores. HBC merchandise is also over priced, I've been able to find the same items for a lot cheaper in other stores and on line (with out having to pay shipping charges). Renovate your store at Bramalea City Center and get it up dated or just close it down and put it out of it's misery.

905-793-5100 is the phone number. Sad that no one answers the phone for the past 2 days. What makes it even worse is calling he main Hudson's Bay number, getting what is supposedly customer service, and being on hold, hearing someone's talking and laughter with the other employees for almost 5 minutes. When she finally answered the phone, not apologizing for the delay, she was clearly miffed that I did not accept "that's strange" as an answer. Only after I pushed her, telling her I wanted to purchase luggage, did she offer to send me over to some other customer service. At that point I simply told her i will go elsewhere, because she clearly doesn't care, and my time is too limited for this kind of treatment.
