I took my iPhone 7 to Future-Tech at Bramalea City Centre Mall to repair the glass screen and replace the battery and I had an awful experience. All the employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I returned to pick up my phone I noticed my home button was no longer working and I brought it to the attention of the technicians and they were unbelievably rude. He started yelling and making multiple excuses. An employer that witnessed my home button working prior to the technician replacing the screen spoke up but they ignored him as replacing the home button would be a liability to their company. Many employees witnessed and watched this aggressive discussion and did not say anything. I do not recommend leaving any devices with this improper business or doing any sort of business with them.
