Sales associate Ashley was Extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist me. Was even great with thinking outside of the box of other options I could try aside from shopping online which hasn't been successful for me. They didn't have what I was looking for but I did find something else I needed due to the large selection of various styles they had in store which worked out fantastic!

If you want even a single chance at possible return or exchange, forget it because the terrible exploitation of the policies will never let that happen. I bought a pair and wore it once and found out it was small in size, went back and they said its been worn (clearly brand new condition) so they cant exchange it. Terribleee service.. do yourself a favor and and dont buy anything from these rip offs
