I was returning shoes I bought online. The associate was very curtious and I was in and out in under 5 mins.

I have visited to this location so many times and bought shoes from there for my whole family. Today 11th November I went to store with my family to buy shoes for my son. As soon as we entered into store one the lady was looking on suspiciously and keep an eyes on us. I felt so bad and annoying. We select the shoes for my son in 10 minutes and went to cashier. Over there also same thing happened. A cashier (associate #258992) was so rude. She was looking on me suspiciously and asking me rudely cash or card, I replied card. Then she said 84. Look here she said 84, no $ or no $84 please, nothing. After making payment, when it was time to give me receipt, she left the receipt on the bag of shoes box. She neither gave receipt in my hand nor put it in bag. She asked me to take the bag so rudely. I wish, both associates should get fire or give them proper training about how to behave with customers.
