Tried the place for the first time but was extremely disappointed with the service. The hair cutter Debby was rude and very unprofessional in her approach. Was blaming my sitting position if the haircut goes bad. Showed her the exact picture of what I wanted which was a LOB instead she just chopped it straight and charged me hefty fees!! Extremely disappointed! This place is total rip-off and run by staff not well versed with current styles!

As my regular hair stylist was not coming back I decided to try Maryam as she is blond and thought she could do my color. Showed her exact picture of what I wanted. I was so disappointed as she did a terrible job. My family and friends were shocked also knowing what my hair normally looks like in color and style. I might as well have flushed my hard earned money down the toilet.
