If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. Please spread the word. I have recently emerged victorious in a confrontation with the owners of the Elegant Goldsmith's in the Bramalea City Centre. These vile people, Lee in particular, seem to take advantage of and manipulate the elderly, and steal their money. My grandma went in to that store hoping to come out with a nice piece of jewelry, but instead walked away ripped off. She was conned into putting down a cash deposit for a ring (which was a guarantee of 6 months interest free, she was called just a few weeks later being threatened with increased interest rates). She did not leave with the ring and gave this lady over $100.00 in cash. Lee only entered $10.00 on the receipt, and so that is all we could get back. What really angered me was the fact that in their POS system, this subhuman creature made a note in my grandmother's account that she was a "dummy customer for cash sales". This is outrageous and these people should be shut down. Who knows how many other people have been taken advantage of and stolen from.
