I bought a pair of water proof boots from Armayy. She was I formative, patient and courteous. The store was busy and she was alone but each of us was taken care of in a timely fashion. I get most of my foot wear this store for all these reasons!!

Purchased a shoes and was told that within 15days it can be returned or refunded. When found that $30 more was paid for the shoes that was readily available elsewhere, went back to store to return the shoes however the store refused to accept the shoes that was never opened and weared. Terrible local store and worst sales associate. Stay away from this store specifically.

During these pandemic times , I choose to support local retail shops like this one, because they in turn is what builds our local economy.The Coco Shoes location at Bramalea city Center was excellent at helping me find the shoes that I wanted and they have a huge selection ....most of the other shoes stores dont even try to help you out ...as for some of the neg comments I see here..ppl dont be trying to take advantage to small business right now ...peace ☮

Melissa did a great job with customer service, she was very attentive and was patient with me I don’t usually do reviews but good customer service is hard to come by now and days.. and you have a very good employee !

I just asked, before buying some shoes, if I will get refund in total in case I had ro return the shoes. The sales woman answered Yes you will have it. If you return them in three weeks.. I asked the same question four times, because I needed to be very sure in case they didn't fit; due my feet were swollen and no other shoes in this store fit. I came to return the shoes there days later,. This s time threre was another saleswoman who todl such a different thing. That they don't do refunds , that it is not their policy. I told her that the other lady said that I wiil have the refund,. It is unfair. So she suggested me to come back when the saleswoman who sold the shoes is there. I made a phone call to the store one week later, to make sure the sales woman was there. I told her i will go to make a claim. She said if I go she will call security. I went to the store and she immediately called security. Two security guards arrived and one of them started accusing me _. '' Ma am you are yelling at.,and coming here everyday to harass .'' It was necessary I asked him f he saw me doing that, and I have the right to be heard. After I could explained the situation to the security guards. the sales woman showed to all of us a paper
