I received the rudest customer service!! When I questioned her about the embroidery and how I was displeased she became defensive and extremely rude!! Will never use nor recommend their service.

I brought in a garment to be embroidered. I even PRINTED MY SPECIFICATIONS OUT and included where I want it printed - the lady took the liberty to do her own thing - and printed it upside down! No apologies nothing - just "I fix for you in an hour" well I didn't have an hour as it was a birthday present. When I brought it in I asked for 2hr service the day before, the man said he had to go somewhere and couldn't. I was very explicity to size colour and layout - do not know why the lady decided just to do it the way she wanted. English is the second language and when you are serving customers you should have a requirement to be able to communicate in either French or English. You can undo something custom made.
