I waited for my order for 35minutes. 2 people that ordered after me got their orders first (the 2nd person ordered the same family pack as me). I can understand that it was during peak hour, so i tried to compose myself. The only thing that upset me, was the other 2 got theirs first. If it was totally different from mine, i would again try to understand but when i saw theirs was the same, that's when i got really upset. My kids and my mom were starving waiting in the car. Had we known it would take that long, we would have just dined in. Please make sure next time, you serve the people in order.
