Approximately a month ago I was at the Store and inquired about a specific item. There were none to be had . However Sue took my name and telephone number and told me that she would personally call me when the items arrived. Honestly I didn’t think I would hear back, considering such a busy season and all. Today Sue called me (she remembered) and confirm that I still wished the items. I was at the store within half hour of her call and she had everything packed for me.
