Bought a ps4 controller on friday march 18. bought the insurance with it. got it home it had a crack in it. I had a hockey practice in bracebridge. i thought they i would return it to this walmart. the customer service lady and the manager said i had to take it back because it had a crack in it. the lady was rude. the manager didn’t even try to care about the problem. thumbs down on this store. orillia walmart replaced it.
