Bad customer service

Customers are to be treated fairly, but not here. Here if you don't wear a mask, do to a medical condition, you are treated as a criminal, told where to stand and you are not allowed to move until you are called forward. Along with this, they close the door not allowing people to enter. The same people that you may have already walked past within the mall. They hide behind words like 'protecting others'. When in fact any other store in the mall will treat you like everyone else. These people should be ashamed of themselves for openly shaming those with a medical condition. Because of this I will not shop here or any other Source in Canada.
