Booked through on-line booking system and was told by store member that they no longer use that system despite my confirmation. Also they would not assist my 76 year old mother with a phone transfer as I purchased phone through Telus online. I was told that Telus Quinte Mall location could only help with transfers IF i had purchased phone through their store, But because I purchased phone through Telus online, this store could not assist!!!!
