She tried to sell me that tube for 700$, I can go on a vacation trip for that price, she put that cream under my left eye and fan it dry, all I could see is that my BB cream came to the surface and crumble and the skin under my eye got stiff. I have no idea why those people are still there harassing shoppers.

I will soon tell the staff yelling at me at the store door, to f... off. I've repeatedly said no, no thanks, not interested, will you stop accosting me .. they keep it up. No IDEA what they sell, and will NEVER go in to find out!! Spam in person! Most of colleagues/mall staff say the same. We're FED UP !!!

This place uses literal scamming techniques to lure in customers and try to sell them overpriced beauty "products". The salesperson will lure you in and sit you down to try the product, saying that it removes dead skin, even though the "dead skin" is from the cream itself. They will try everything to get you to buy their stuff, from giving you a better "deal" to saying how important it is to take care of your skin. They are very persistent. AVOID

High pressure sales, deal ends up being what well known brands charge regularly. No returns, only exchanges within 14 days, I did manage to get a refund next day on unopened second product… there was another customer in the store at the time and I was discreet so that may have helped.

Conned a very vulnerable 70 year old man. Maria is a perfectly extremely hi high pressured ripp off artist. She said she refunded some creams. Then she rripped him off again on the products returned. Now i can't get a callback from Michelle at head office. Unsatisfied customer is okay for these scammers.

same situation with this as Brea (who left a review previously). literally just a scam and make it a nightmare to try and leave. their products also don't even work. wouldn't take no for an answer and put it on my arm, started claiming that it lifted dead skin when this "dead skin" was literally just part of the product that makes it look that way. textbook skincare scam. just buy products from Walmart or something, they work better.

These people are so so pushy...I am neurodivergent and I struggle with these sorts of interactions. They push you to buy even after you say no, they do not mention they do not do refunds ...only exchanges for more of their terribly expensive stuff. I felt so cornered and stuck in the situation I just wanted out.

They have camouflaged themselves well by having a traditional storefront however this is just one of those overpriced stalls from the mall walkway everyone avoids. Everything is overpriced, the employees basically hold you hostage by trying to make you stay by making the deal ‘better’ even though you don’t want their product. You can’t really tell what they sell unless you go in and then they have you. All of the actual products $100+ are hidden.
