I received a box today and opened it after realizing it is not something I use I looked at the shipping label it came from wellwise I called the 1800 # I found on line and explained the situation she could not help me it was a different # and different dept rather than taking down my info to send to the other dept she hung up. So no you have a customer who did not get her parcel and one who does not like your customer service
