I attended the store mid October, and was met by sales agent Rob Adams. Rob reviewed the Monogram appliances with me, and within a week and the store’s great promotions, I purchased 4 appliances. Looking forward to the delivery date. Thanks Rob for all of your assistance, and thorough communication.

I bought a range and refrigerator on August. The agent told me that they will deliver it in two weeks. I went to the store beginning of september. The agent told my that I will get that in a few weeks more, I said I can't wait more please return all my money and he said me don't you will get that this week. I didn't get the appliance and I went again to the store, the agent said we have the range here but we don't have the frige. I said to him please just refrigerator money because I need it right away. He supposedly made all the process to return my money and he told me you will get your money in 5 business days. After that, I got the range on the middle of september. I was wasting for my money back. After two weeks I chat with someone from this store, and theyl told that never the agent never made the complete process of the refund of my money. So, know i have to wait another 5 o 7 business days to get my money back. I don't understand why this agent never made the process correctly. But the only thing that I know is your are playin with my money and time. I am trayin to buy in another place the frige but I don't have enough credit in my credit card because you have my money more that two months. So, if you dont have enough appliances to sell, please don't sell that or be honest with your clients and explain that maybe it will take more than two months to get it. On the other hand, if you say that your money was returned, please returned it, you don't have to lie to people!
