Vivian quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my iPhone and when it was clear that it couldn't be fixed, she helped me pick out a new phone, get a rebate on my old iPhone and transferred the data to the new phone. She was detail oriented, making sure the old phone was wiped clean and the new one was complete. A long process made shorter with her help.
